4G Tracking Terminal

Product Introduction

The 4G tracking terminal is a 4G full-network vehicle positioning device specially designed for the Internet of Vehicles. It integrates 4G wireless communication and GPS/BDS dual-mode satellite positioning technology. Adopting an industrial-grade highly integrated built-in antenna, the device is equipped with a 3-axis sensor and intelligent power-saving wake-up function. It supports temperature & humidity detection, SOS alarm, two-way intercom, vibration/overspeed/tamper alarm, and provides three working modes. Paired with a global positioning platform, it enables 24/7 location query and management.

Quick Start Guide

1. Charge: Fully charge the device before first use.
2. Power On: Turn on the device power switch.
3. Download APP
   iPhone: Search "iHere" in the App Store
   Android: Search "iHere" in Google Play
4. Bind Device: Register (enter email → receive verification code) → Log in → Scan device QR code to add device.
5. Activate Subscription: Purchase a service plan to use positioning functions normally.
6. First Positioning: Perform initial positioning outdoors.

Troubleshooting

1. Cannot position: Go outdoors and wait 1–3 minutes.
2. Device offline: Check SIM card, signal strength, and battery level.
3. APP connection failed: Restart the device and try positioning again.
4. No alarm: Check alarm switches and notification permissions in the APP.

Safety Instructions

• Use the original 5V/1A charger only.
• Do not disassemble, modify, or submerge in water.
• Avoid high temperatures, direct sunlight, and strong vibration.
• Secure the device firmly when installed in a vehicle.
• Turn off the device in airports or restricted areas as required.
